Friend and collaborator, Christopher Reiche is a performer, composer, and instructor living in Victoria, British Columbia. Christopher first performed with the Glass Tables in Toronto ON (August of 2012). He was a guest pianist and collaborative composer for their EP Lodge N° 1 which was released with the generous support of FACTOR and nominated for a Vancouver Island Music Award best instrumental/experimental album of the year. He was was one of the founding members of Victoria based LaSaM and performed with Jamie Drouin and Lance Olsen at their Sounds in a Room series. Currently he performs with the Victoria Phonographer’s Union and quite frequently at Daniel Brandes’ A place to Listen listening series. His compositions have been played by the Quatour Bozzini, the Aventa Ensemble, the Emily Carr String Quartet, and Redshift’s Negative Zed Ensemble.
